A unique steppingstone towards an international career

The ISS Finance Graduate Programme is designed to build a talent pipeline of our future ISS finance leaders. Your journey with ISS begins with a two-year rotation programme anchored in Group Finance at the global head office in Denmark and in our Hub in Warsaw in Poland, followed by a one-year international assignment.

After successfully completing the programme you will embark on your career at ISS, either at our global head office or in one of our country organisations. Via workshops and networking, you will get to know the ISS business as well as the opportunity share knowledge and best practice with fellow Finance Graduates and trainees from other countries.

Throughout the programme and on your onwards ISS journey, you will be assigned a mentor – one of our excellent finance leaders – who will act as your coach and sponsor.

Besides having a relevant finance-related master’s degree, you are an open, curious and dedicated person who preferably already have gained relevant working experience during your studies. You have an ambition of further developing your excellence within the field of your profession to become one of our future leaders.

Personality

As a person, you are enthusiastic and collaborative holding strong interpersonal skillset as well as an international mindset. In addition, you are proactive, focused and driven in the way you work and interact in a team.

Skillset

You hold, or are soon about to graduate your master’s degree in e.g. finance, economics or business administration. As a top performer with a strong academic record, you apply an analytical and structured approach combined with a commercial mindset.
