ISS successfully prices a EUR 500 million bond maturing June 2029
ISS A/S, a global workplace experience and facility management company, has today through its subsidiary ISS Global A/S, successfully priced a 5 year EUR bond issuance with a principal amount of EUR 500 million and a coupon of 3.875%. The bond maturity is 5 June 2029.
The bonds will be issued under the company's EUR 3bn European Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme, which is listed on the regulated market of Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The net proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.

With this issuance we have secured financing to support our strategy execution and improved our maturity profile. We are satisfied with the outcome and the strong interest and support shown by investors,” says Carsten Højlund, Interim Group CFO.
Barclays, BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, Deutsche Bank and Nordea acted as Joint Active Bookrunners for the issuance.
