ISS celebrates 2019 employee of the year

The global Apple Award programme aims to recognise the talent that drives ISS’s success, celebrating key individuals who serve as role models for exceptional service behaviour. Colleagues and customers nominate ISS employees for the Apple Award. Winners from local markets are nominated for the global award, with three finalists being invited to the Global Leadership Conference, ISS’s largest annual strategy-setting event for about 400 top leaders. This year the finalists were Deb Brodeur from North America, Mary Lee Oh Neo from Singapore, and Rajeevan Selvaskantharajah from Finland.

This year’s winner, Deb Brodeur, is representative of our many great colleagues who go beyond their call of duty to service our customers, and take us a step closer to achieving our vision of being the world’s greatest service organisation.”
 

Deb Brodeur serves as Site Services Manager for one of ISS’s major global pharmaceutical customers in North America, and has received widespread recognition from colleagues and the customer for her passion, purpose and presentation.
