Yan Riza Iswara, Commercial Director at ISS Indonesia says:

“We’re thrilled to further strengthen ISS’s role in supporting one of Indonesia’s most vital public transportation systems. Our key priority will be to deliver high-quality service experiences, supporting TransJakarta’s mission as the backbone of mobility in the Greater Jakarta area and reinforcing their purpose of connecting millions of people safely and reliably every day.”

With a deeply rooted culture of safety, quality, and service excellence, ISS Indonesia is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across Jakarta’s most vital public transportation system. The company’s mission is to ensure that every TransJakarta passenger enjoys a clean, safe, and comfortable commuting experience.

This collaboration reinforces ISS Indonesia’s position as a trusted facility services partner and showcases its ability to scale operations swiftly while adapting to the dynamic demands of complex urban environments.

TransJakarta is a state-owned enterprise under the Government of the Jakarta Special Capital Region. Since 2004, it has served the residents of Greater Jakarta and officially became a Limited Liability Company in 2014. Today, TransJakarta operates the world’s longest Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) network, spanning 231 kilometers and serving over one million passenger trips daily. Customer satisfaction remains at the heart of its operations.

With more than 20 years of experience, TransJakarta continues to lead the way in Indonesia’s public transportation industry. Through a multi-modal approach that integrates BRT, feeder buses, Mikrotrans (minivans), and connections to commuter rail and metro services, TransJakarta plays a vital role in enabling millions to travel efficiently across Jakarta — and aspires to expand its leadership throughout Asia.
